Hotel Wielopole - Krakow

The breakfast selection was enjoyable, offering quality options that set me up for a great day of exploring.

The fact that there is no hotel parking available was quite inconvenient, leading to a parking fine.

This hotel is just 400 yards from the main square of Krakow. Ideal for exploring the historic sites. The restaurant has been outsourced but provides a reasonable breakfast and good snacks but its opening hours are erratic.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, really enjoyed the location.

Try asking the reception staff for local dining recommendations. They provided great insights, made our meals nice.

Did not much like my room which was small and had no view whatsoever. But it was acceptable for a 2 night stay.

My second visit to the Wielopole. Superb location, only 5 minutes from the main square but no noise problems. Rooms are spacious, warm and clean, with large bathrooms and fantastic showers. Decor is very simple but perfectly comfortable. Breakfasts were ample and nicely prepared. If you want a fairly small, simple, comfortable hotel with excellent service and in a perfect location in a wonderful city, then look no further.

The hotel staff surprised me with a birthday gift of chocolate, creating a nice experience. The balcony room offered a lovely view, adding to the charm of our stay.

Quite a lot of noise during the night from the street below. Breakfast poor - expected more having stayed in Krakow before.

The hotel was simple, with magnificent location close to several tram stops. The staff were top-class people at the reception desk. We had a twin room with comfortable bed and a refrigerator, an electric kettle and climate control.

I found the breakfast to be quite lacking. It was a disappointment that there was no variety after days of the same food. And to ask daily for essential items like toilet paper was frustrating. The amenities felt insufficient, and I had to repeatedly request extra supplies from the staff.

We loved the hotel and its reasonably good and tasty breakfast.

Our experience was very enjoyable short from the moment we checked in, would stay here again. Reasonably clean hotel, and the staff were amazingly kind and exceptionally nice, location was magnificent very close to Galleria krakoskiaopposite The holiday inn where coaches picked up for outings to the Salt mines etc. The highlight was the fresh food.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the included breakfasts were delicious! The hotel room were extremely clean and comfortable and the location could not have been better. The hotel also made it very easy for you to plan day trips and tours within and around Krakow. We will definitely be coming back!

Ideal location for exploring, spacious bathrooms, well-designed common areas

The Wi-Fi struggled !!! Shower temperature controls could use a user-friendly upgrade, and the furniture definitely needs to be refreshed to enhance comfort!!! Don't rely on parking spots nearby!!!
